Warning issued by American Consulate in Mexico

Our coworker, Matt Bixby, recently posted this warning from the American Consulate to U.S. living or traveling in Mexico border cities such as Reynosa, Matamoros, and Monterrey. Because of the rising problem of organized crime and drug and turf wars, these areas of Mexico are becoming increasingly unsafe.
